Susan Struse Sierra Vista

Real estate transactions are stressful life events, and there’s no easy way around it. Your decisions here will ripple throughout the rest of your lives. But it doesn’t have to overwhelm you. My job as a REALTOR® is to make sure the process of buying or selling a home as smooth and stress-free as possible. My biggest desire in my job is to give my clients as much peace of mind as possible, making transactions easier.

As a former teacher, I know the value of good communication, a gift I bring to the table in any and all deals we make together. Combine that with my financial prowess and leadership skills developed from my time as an account manager and you have a potent package of a REALTOR®. I’m a problem solver and especially good at making people comfortable.

When I’m not helping people realize their dreams, I’m at home crafting and doing art projects. I enjoy painting and laser engraving, which gives me an eye for the aesthetic when evaluating properties. Most of all, though, I’m a people person, and value all of my relationships highly. I spend as much time with family and friends as possible, and I have learned to care for others, a skill that serves me well when working with clients in real estate.

I grew up in Alpine, Arizona, and then spent 11 years in Chandler, Arizona. I moved to the Sierra Vista area nine years ago. There’s so much to love about the region. The people are friendly and there’s always surprising historical events happening somewhere in the area. And the weather is absolutely perfect – not too hot, and not too cold. The same thing could be said about the size of the area – not too big, but not too small. If all this sounds good to you, then I’m the right choice to help you get here.
